There are two types of PSE, one is called Class A diamond standard, and the other is Class B round logo.
PSE certification is that the Japanese Electrical and Material Safety Law divides electrical and electronic products into two categories. Class A specific electrical and electronic products must be affixed with a PSE diamond mark;
Class B non-specific electrical and electronic products must be affixed with PSE round signs.
On February 1, 2018, the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) issued an announcement to add "Lithium Electronic Batteries and Portable Battery Packs for Portable Electrical Appliances" as circular PSE management and control objects, with an execution buffer period of one year.
That is, from February 1, 2019, lithium batteries and portable battery packs for portable appliances with energy density above 400Wh / L must be marked with a round PSE mark on the product and meet J62133 (H28) (JIS C 8712: 2015)
Or IEC62133 (2012) integration requirements, mobile power is evaluated according to lithium batteries.
